Peds - if you have the pathognomonic findings down, this exam was easy Psych - know the psych drugs (1st and 2nd line) OBGYN - small amount of material to know, so 1 or 2 points off from the median can make your percentile jump like crazy Neuro - derm, rheum, peds (milestones + seizure management), stroke management, and neuro from Uworld is preferable but I personally only wanted to use Uworld for step 2 prep, so I initially started off with Lecturio concept cards + bank and it was more than enough for shelf exams.
