I was wondering what would be a good fit for mid level combat sites in high sec, as well as possible sleeper relic/data sites in c1/c2 WHs. I mostly enjoy high sec combat sites for now (once i feel more comfortable i might look for a corp in null or WH, but not yet). It takes a while tho and the rattle will blow your proposed budget.
